is the realization of a dream,
born out of respect for traditions
and local agriculture.

Raising water-buffalo has been part of local traditions for centuries but in times when​

there was no technology and books on zoology were scarce,

the only source of knowledge to
help raise water-buffalo,

and reap profits from milking,

was experience.
