All buffalo waste is collected through a refined system of
grilled floors in the stalls.
The waste is then pumped into a digestor where it is mixed with other bio-mass provoking a,
controlled fermentation which generates biogas.
This allows us to produce
electric energy and fertilizer for our fields from the residual material, in a totally ecological
and natural way.
