All of our products start with the most refined and delicate raw material: buffalo milk. With

skill and craftsmenship we create cheeses, yoghurt, puddings and sweets, all made here
at the Tempio Farm & Ranch.

 

The traditional "mozza", which is the method of hand-cutting warm mozzarella as it is transformed into cheese, is still done by hand while completely respecting hygene and
strict safety standards. All the milk used in our products comes from our own stables and from our own water-buffalo, raised and cared for with the highest respect for the animals well-being, producing a milk of exceptional quality and flavour.

Traditional products, like mozzarella and ricotta, are mixed and refined into new flavours

and innovative products.

Our water-buffalo are raised in the most modern and comfortable structures where they are cared for with frequent veterinary visits.
The techniques for milking are the most advanced in order to guarentee the well-being of our animals and the exceptional flavour and quality of our milk.
